Titan Response Group LLC ("Titan Response Group," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at titanresponsegroup.com (the "Site") and provides marketing, advertising, consumer acquisition, and lead-generation services to businesses in the roofing, real estate, solar, and restoration industries (the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, share, and protect personal information of (a) consumers who interact with our marketing campaigns and submit inquiries, and (b) business clients and prospects who engage Titan Response Group. A. Information You Provide
- Contact data: name, business name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, ZIP code.
- Inquiry data: industry, service interest, estimated volume, license number (if applicable), property details, project description, free-text messages.
- Identity & verification data: information you submit when entering into a Data License Agreement, vendor agreement, or signing forms.
- Marketing preferences: opt-in choices for SMS, email, and phone communications.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, time on page, click activity, and approximate geolocation derived from IP.
- Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies: see Section 6.
- Server logs: automatically generated records of requests to our servers.
C. Information From Third Parties
- Advertising and lead platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other ad networks may transmit inquiry data you submitted on those platforms to us.
- Data partners: publicly available business data, property data, and consumer interest data provided by licensed third-party data vendors.
- Service providers: communications platforms (such as Twilio and RingCentral), analytics, and CRM providers transmit usage and engagement data back to us.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes, proposals, and customer support.
- To deliver, operate, and improve our Services, including generating, validating, and transmitting consumer inquiry data ("leads") to our business clients.
- To send marketing communications by email, SMS/MMS, ringless voicemail, or phone (only where you have provided express written consent as required by law).
- To personalize advertising on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and TikTok.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
- To comply with legal obligations, court orders, and regulatory requirements, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and applicable carrier rules (10DLC).
- To enforce our agreements and exercise our legal rights.
4. SMS, Calls & Voice Communications (TCPA, Twilio & RingCentral)
Titan Response Group uses third-party communications platforms, including Twilio Inc. and RingCentral, Inc., to send and receive text messages (SMS/MMS) and to place and receive phone calls. By providing your wireless or landline telephone number and submitting a form on our Site, you expressly consent to the following:
- You agree to receive text messages and phone calls from Titan Response Group and its partners, agents, or vendors at the number you provided, including via automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice, ringless voicemail, and SMS/MMS marketing or transactional messages.
- You understand that consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may revoke consent at any time.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.
- To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any text message. For help, reply HELP. To opt out of phone calls, ask to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list during any call, or contact us using the information in Section 18.
- Mobile carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, and US carrier 10DLC (A2P) registration requirements.
- Mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors performing services on our behalf (such as Twilio and RingCentral) solely to deliver the communication you requested.
- Calls and SMS may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance, where permitted by applicable law. By continuing the call or conversation, you consent to such recording.

5. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)
We comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Marketing emails will (a) identify Titan Response Group as the sender, (b) include a valid postal address, (c) include a clear unsubscribe mechanism, and (d) honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at the email address in Section 18. Transactional emails (such as confirmation of an inquiry or account messages) may still be sent after you opt out of marketing.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies to:
- Maintain session state and remember preferences (strictly necessary cookies).
- Measure traffic and analyze how the Site is used (analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics).
- Deliver and measure targeted advertising on third-party platforms (advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel, Google Ads tag, TikTok Pixel).
- Detect fraud and protect Site integrity.
Most browsers let you refuse or accept cookies and clear stored cookies. You can also opt out of third-party advertising cookies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. Note that disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
7. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising
We use Meta Platforms, Inc.'s advertising products, including:
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API: to measure ad performance and deliver remarketing to users who have visited our Site. Hashed identifiers (such as hashed email or phone) may be transmitted to Meta where you have provided this information.
- Meta Lead Ads: when you submit a form on Meta-owned properties (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network), Meta transmits the information you chose to share with Titan Response Group, and our use of that information is governed by this Privacy Policy.
- Custom and Lookalike Audiences: hashed contact lists used solely to build advertising audiences. We follow Meta's Custom Audiences Terms and Business Tools Terms.

8. How We Share Information
We share personal information with the following categories of recipients:
- Business clients (lead buyers): consumer inquiry data is transmitted to the licensed business client (e.g., roofer, real-estate broker, solar installer, restoration contractor) that has contracted with us to receive that lead. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to your information being transmitted to such business clients so they can contact you about your request.
- Service providers: Twilio, RingCentral, hosting providers, analytics providers, CRM platforms, email service providers, payment processors, and other vendors that process data on our behalf under written contracts.
- Advertising and measurement partners: Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms, as described above.
- Legal, safety, and compliance: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Titan Response Group, our clients, our users, or the public.
- Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
- With your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA/CPRA; see Section 11 for your right to opt out.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal and contractual obligations (including TCPA recordkeeping for express written consent, typically four to five years), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, information is deleted, anonymized, or securely destroyed.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).
- Data portability, where applicable.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 18. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"):
- Right to Know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of recipients.
- Right to Delete personal information collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of "Sale" or "Sharing" of personal information (including cross-context behavioral advertising).
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising your rights.

To opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may also send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from a supported browser. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.
12. European Visitors (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Titan Response Group acts as the data controller for personal information collected through the Site. Legal bases for processing include: (i) your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); (ii) performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6(1)(b)); (iii) compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)); and (iv) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and marketing our Services (Art. 6(1)(f)). You have the rights listed in Section 10 and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
13. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, vendor due diligence, and security monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Children's Privacy
The Site and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
15. International Transfers
Titan Response Group is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.
